SHIPPING AND COLLECTING INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES
During the registration of your OUR LEGACY Store account you will be required to register your personal address information. If you wish us to ship your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process at the OUR LEGACY store. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Shipping rates are not inclusive of customs and duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country.
DELIVERY TIME
EU orders will be delivered within 1-5 days from the day you received the shipping confirmation.
International orders will be delivered within 2-9 days from day you received the shipping confirmation.
CURRENCIES
OUR LEGACY store cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by OUR LEGACY store.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order. You must return the OUR LEGACY products to the OUR LEGACY online store's return address in perfect condition. The OUR LEGACY products should not have been worn, used . Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product.
